Legynds Basketball Club has amassed one of the most talented 16U EYBL basketball clubs in the country and over the weekend at the Duel in DFW, the results followed.
Legynds EYBL 16U won all three of their games, with a double-digit average margin of victory. The closest contest was Saturday’s opener, a 66-57 win over ASAK 3SSB. In the nightcap on Saturday, Legynds dominated, beating DC Kings 64-23. On Sunday they finished off a clean sweep of the weekend with a 67-50 victory over 3D Empire.
Among the stars for Legynds was Dylan Betts, who won tournament Defensive MVP honors from The Circuit while averaging a double-double and six blocks per game.

DJ Parker also had an extremely strong showing.
The Legynds 17U and 15U teams also got some game runs in during the trip to Dallas. The 17s, who will be playing in the EYCL this summer, picked up a 70-48 win over Team Dominate on Saturday. The 15s grabbed two wins, beating 3D Empire 65-48 on Saturday and All-Arkansas Red UA Rise 62-44 on Sunday.
